"Early bird" Registration will close on 15 May 2022!

We are careful and will do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The friendly organizing team will welcome you in Marseille and Barcelonnette, and will help you during your stay. A coach is specially reserved for the delegates from Marseille to Barcelonnette.

We hope you will have a great time during the congress, the gala dinner and the excursion.

You can choose what is most comfortable for you:

1) The "full board" registration, which includes:
- your participation in the symposium,
- shared double or triple rooms for 5 nights (September 5-10) at Seolane
(Some single rooms are also available, upon request)
- breakfasts, lunches, dinners (including the gala dinner) and coffee breaks.

Note added on 12 May 2022 : On site (Séolane) accommodation is now fully booked. Full board registration is now closed.

2) Registration "without accommodation", which includes:
- your participation in the symposium,
- 3 lunches, coffee breaks and the gala dinner.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, hydroalcoholic gel will be available in the premises, and special attention will be given to the cleaning procedures used.

Registration fees

In order to attend the symposium, you will have to register and pay the registration fees.

*Includes PhD students. You will have to provide a valid student ID at registration date (in pdf format).

Registration for students is automatically full board. Some support is available: see student support page.

Options not included in registration fees:

The registration process is as follows:

1. Create an account and pre-register on azur-colloque website for English-speakers (for French-speakers)
2. You will receive an email from 'no-reply@azur-colloque.fr' confirming your pre-registration. Please note that the confirmation can take up to 72 hours.
3. Follow the link provided in the email to proceed to payment. Fill the form and pay by credit card or bank transfer. Note that « carte achat Aix-Marseille Université » is not allowed.
4. You will receive an email from 'no-reply@azur-colloque.fr' confirming your registration.
   

Each Accompanying person should register, on top of the registration of the person they accompany.

Cash and check will not be accepted. Note that NO refunding is possible.
