Abstract submission

You have to be identified in order to submit an abstract. If you already have an account on sciencesconf.org or on HAL, you just have to logon. Otherwise you have to create an account. It's possible to submit multiple abstracts from the same account.

Write your abstract:

Participants to the congress are invited to present their work by oral communication or poster. Abstract have to be submitted from March 15, 2022 to June 15, 2022.

Length of the abstract is limited to 300 words. It is strongly appreciated joining the abstract with a figure or a picture.

Submission of abstract is only possible online. During submission you have to complete different tabs: 

  1. Metadata
    • Title
    • Type (oral communication / poster)
    • Topic
  1. Author(s)
    • Add a new author (+) : only the speaker has to be mentioned in this section
    • Add a new affiliation...
  1. File(s)
    • Upload your graphical abstract, if any, here
  1. Overview
    • This tab allows you to preview your submission before submitting

Modify your abstract :

It is possible to modify your abstract up to June 15th, 2022

  • Modification of metadata
  • Form: Submission of a new version will overwrite the previous one
